Electronic City in South Bangalore is one of the most important IT hubs in the city. It opened in 1978. It is one of the biggest industrial parks in the country and is 20 km from the city center. It is home to global majors, multinational companies, and several well-known firms. It has strong connections to other places, good social and physical infrastructure, and offers investors good returns.
Electronic City has a good mix of different kinds of homes. From apartments with several floors to plots and villas, there are a lot of choices. Although apartments have traditionally dominated the micro-market, planned developments are quickly gaining ground.

Smaya Jade Nester is in Choodasandra, close to Electronic City. It is on 6 acres of land. It is a new place that is supposed to bring in good money in the future.
So, what is there? The project has 90 high-quality plots of different sizes that start at Rs 5,000 per square foot.
These plots are ready to be registered and have a clear Title. BDA has accepted them. The plots here also have well-built roads, well-designed parks, security on duty 24 hours a day, and other important amenities.
Ecofront is in Jigani, and Celebrity Prime Developers built it. It has 412 plots ranging from 1,200 to 2,400 square feet. The current price per square foot is Rs 1,599. So, a spot that is 1,200 square feet would cost around Rs 19 Lakh.
The BMRDA has agreed to the idea. Because of its good location, it is easy to get to Electronic City, an IT center.
There is a clubhouse, children's play area, fitness center, and security guards available at all times at Celebrity Ecofront.
Upkar Grounds comprises 11 acres of well-kept grounds in the city of Chandapura. It has 176 prime plots that are between 1,200 and 1,500 square feet. The project has everything from a multipurpose hall to a play place for kids to a running track. BMRDA has given Upkar Gardens all of the permissions it needs.
The Hosur Road takes you about 18 kilometers from the center of Bangalore to Electronic City Phase 1. Karnataka Electronics (Keonics), one of the first companies to build IT infrastructure, built the town. The area is one of the biggest Electronic Industrial Parks in India. It is 332 acres (1.3 km) in size. The area was built up in Phases I, II, and III phases. Mico Layout, HSR Layout, Kammanahalli, Bommanahalli, and Bilekahalli surround it.
